WCM is working with a prominent condominium property manager to satisfy Board concerns as it relates to the allocation of water consumption between Common / Commercial components and the water being consumed at the unit level.
With support from our Channel partners we are developing a plan to install sub-meters and subsequently add real-time monitoring of the sub-meters to create greater insight for all as to when and how much water is being consumed with the various components of the building.
At the conclusion of this audit and after creating the capacity for the Property Manager to accurately measure real-time consumption we will mutually explore minimization efforts as guided by the findings of the audit.
