Water Control Management is pleased to be working with our latest client on supporting their goal of properly setting up utility management (water and hydro) on a $8M renovation project.
The client recently acquired sixty suites in two separate but adjacent buildings and is under-taking a complete make-over to support a re-leasing program. WCM has been asked to prepare and deliver a plan to equip the modernized buildings with the ability for suite metering (including water and hydro) in advance of occupancy.
WCM will be working closely with our channel partners to procure and oversee hardware installation and set up the administrative back-end to facilitate account set up and monthly billing.
